Cancellation of participation:
If a registration is canceled by 31.03.2026, the participation fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after this date will be charged the participation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (fax, post or e-mail). In the event of non-attendance or discontinuation of participation, the participation fee must be paid.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, the participation fees paid will be refunded in full. Liability for further damages or claims against the organizer are excluded.
Exclusion of liability
If the event cannot be held or cannot be held in the form offered and booked for reasons for which CSE-Engineering Center of Safety Excellence GmbH is not responsible (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, force majeure), there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the (pro rata) sponsorship and/or participation fees or to compensation for other (financial) losses. This also applies in the event that third-party services required for the event (e.g. event rooms, equipment, hardware and software) are not provided or not provided in full.
